Established in 2012, The Barrel Boys are a bluegrass powerhouse with soaring harmonies, blazing picking, and an infectious stage presence. Their music blends tradition and originality into a soulful roots experience that has earned the Boys a special place in the hearts of Canadian music fans from coast to coast. In June 2025 they released “Chicken in the Window,” their fourth full-length album of original music. Their previous release “Mainline” earned them a nomination for “Vocal Group of the Year” at the 2021 Canadian Folk Music Awards.
