Chloé Sainte-Marie celebrates the diversity of languages in the NAC’s Azrieli Studio!
Accompanied by Catherine Le Saunier (cello, percussion and backup vocals) and Yves Desrosiers (guitar), Chloé Sainte-Marie continues to tour the province with a new version of her show Maudit Silence.
Singer, performer and lecturer Chloé Sainte-Marie is well known as the muse, caregiver and wife of filmmaker Gilles Carle, who died of Parkinson’s disease. Through the Fondation des maisons Gilles-Carle, which she established, she has become the voice of caregivers. She has released seven albums and two book-discs, including the recent Maudit Silence, which features the languages and cultures of the Americas.
