Liam S. Russell is a Songwriter based in Ottawa, Ontario. He writes lyrics exploring characters and stories based on Canadian small town lives. He is in his third year at Carleton, where he is expanding his songwriting craft with Kalle Mattson (a Juno and Polaris nominated songwriter). His influences include but are not limited to Bob Dylan, Gillian Welch, Jeff Tweedy, John K. Samson, Tom Waits, Christian Lee Hutson and Elliott Smith.
GRFN is an American/Canadian Indie Folk artist based in Ottawa. He brings a wide variety of memorable songs, from acoustic ballads to upbeat songs that'll get you on your feet. Using motifs of space, staring out the car window, and braving this world together, his music shows that the unknown can be beautiful too.
No upcoming shows in our records in the next two weeks.
