Join Graham Lindsey and his friends Maddy O’Regan and Zak Cormier for an engaging concert built around Graham’s original instrumental music, performed by three musicians with deep roots in the Canadian folk scene. This show features tunes from Graham’s new album, Tune Machine, with music brought to life through collaboration across the country. Graham is a composer and multi-instrumentalist whose writing centres on strong melodies and toe-tapping earworms. The trio will perform music from Tune Machine, alongside original and traditional tunes and songs, plus a handful of well-loved favourites that they’re certain you will love. The trio combines fiddle and guitar with banjo, mandolin, bouzouki, and more.
Maddy O’Regan is a popular Ottawa-area fiddler and singer with many years of experience in folk bands. She has toured across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, and brings both musical clarity and an easy on-stage presence to every performance. Over the past four years, Maddy and Graham have toured together across Canada, combining his original tunes with her fiddle playing, songwriting, and voice.
Zak Cormier is a sought-after guitarist, fiddler, and multi-instrumentalist from Prince Edward Island’s Evangeline region. Rooted in Acadian traditions and influenced by music from Cape Breton, Ireland, and Quebec, he is the perfect third person for this trio, adding driving rhythmic accompaniment.
The concert will close with a lively finale, but the band is keeping this a secret until the night. You won’t want to miss it!
