K & Summer is an indie pop/alt-rock project from songwriter Kristen Brutto. Drawing on reverb-soaked Telecasters and a love of '90s alternative rock, Kristen's songs explore queer love, absurd realizations and connection, brought to life by a rotating cast of musicians from Sudbury, Manitoulin Island and beyond.

The Ottawa night of music will have Rylan Pilbacka (Undone, Whisky Richards) on bass and Steph Louselle (Black Knife) on drums. Sharing the bill with Ottawa's retro-funk band The Carryalls for a night of fuzzy guitars, funky grooves, and plenty of reasons to dance.
