Show Description Pimienta delivers a spicy blend of Latin jazz that sizzles with rhythm and soul!

Bios Pimienta is an Ottawa-based quartet digs deep into this repertoire, adding their own flavour to Cuban, Brazilian, and Latin jazz classic by artists such as Chucho Valdez, Joe Arroyo, Os Cobras, Stan Getz, and more.

Accolades Pimienta is regularly featured at local festivals and jazz venues in the region.

Tickets: CAD $20 tickets: Eventbrite. (Limited quantity!). If the event has not sold out online, there will be tickets available at the counter. Your ticket guarantees you a seat in the house but not necessarily a seat with a direct line of sight to the performers. We recommend coming early to snag a spot or if you need accommodations, like a guaranteed seat for accessibility reasons, to please email us at events@thearthousecafe.ca at least 72 hours before the event. Ticket refunds or date transfers are not available.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY INFO We provide gender-neutral washrooms. We have one wheelchair accessible washroom. There is no wheelchair ramp. There is a set of 8 stairs to get into the building (7 steps, small landing, and then an 8th step). Once inside, the whole cafe floor is flat, with the exception of our small room to the side, which is a small step down.

We are licensed to provide alcohol, but serve a variety of non-alcoholic options. This event takes place on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People.
