Don Byron is a clarinetist, saxophonist and composer. He’s been a Guggenheim and Rome Prize fellow, a Grammy Nominee, and has written film music for PBS’s American Masters and The Cartoon Network. A graduate of New England Conservatory’s Third Stream department, he’s been active in World Music, Chamber Music and Modern Jazz, always focusing on playing the clarinet in the most modern contexts.
