Seven Days of Fire is a four-piece rock band from Ottawa, Ontario. Formed in 2015, these close friends got together to create and perform hard-rocking, original music. They are known around Ottawa for great guitar tones, powerful drums, and catchy tunes. In 2023, they enlisted the help of Cam Dunn at Hillside Audio in Cumberland, Ontario to record a new four-song EP, called Existential Prophecies. Stagnant Torment:
Bursting onto the music scene in 2023, Stagnant Torment is a fresh force in heavy rock.
